While the Government's advice is clear that families may holiday together, Seaton Hall can in fact comfortably exceed compliance with that.

Tourist board certificated disinfecting cleaning regime.

As part of our commitment to exceeding guests cleaning regimes we are compliant as members of PASC - the Professional Association of Self Caterers - with government and council required hygiene. 

Our regime is supported by a signed cleaning log on display in the properties. 

The cleaning cycle involves hoovering, vacuuming all areas as per usual, and cleaning sanitisation of door handles, light switches, surfaces and bathroom fittings. 

We have acquired the latest quality commercial steam cleaner to support the cleaning regime. 

Two fogging machines using hospital grade disinfectant are used to coat all surfaces in a virus bacteria killing dry mist. 

Staff are trained and monitored in implementing these cleaning cycles. 

We have several sets of towels and linen so that each can lie fallow for a week between use. 

We have placed sanitisation stations and gel for each cottage entrance. 

Cushions and other fabrics that might be handled by guests are removed. Retained fabrics such as curtains - furniture are included within our fogging sterilisation and steam vacuum cleaning cycles.
